2. Paid orders cannot be cancelled or refunded, for both Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments.
3. Home Delivery orders will be processed after the confirmation from our representative.

Pricing Policy :

1. All our Product prices are included of VAT & TAX
2. Technical error in pricing information might take place due to system malfunction. In such situation, AZUA ha the authority to cancel the order. We apologize for any inconvenience that may occur.

Shipping Policy :

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time.

Please note our shipping policy as follow:

1. Inside Dhaka Delivery : Delivery within 1-2 business days
2. Sub Dhaka Delivery : Delivery within 2-3 business days
3. Outside Dhaka Delivery: Delivery within 3-5 business days

Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in or control. we apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.
